La Lajita

- a quaint little fishing village on the east coast of Fuerteventura with small bars and a restaurant on the dark beach. In La Lajita there is no hotel, but some private apartments in tourist rental. Here is a botanical garden, a zoo with a number of shows and a camel safari. At night it is rather quiet in the village, although it is claimed that it can be a banging neighborhood.
