Los Molinos
" What in the world for some of the ass, that's for another paradise ! " Los Molinos is a small town on the west coast in the north- west of Fuerteventura. It basically consists of eight houses, a chapel and a historic lime kiln. The site is not connected to the mains . The electrical current is generated by a diesel generator. On the telephone network is omitted entirely , and who believes that you can be reached by mobile phone anywhere in the world, here disabused. The evening's setting sun , the bay of Los Molinos act like a kitschy postcards. In the period from mid- August to late September, the tide is so low here that one of the most beautiful beaches on the island is visible. On the way back we pass the village of Las Parcelas . There, in the turning point of a sharp left curve, a dirt road that leads to the only water-bearing reservoir Fuerteventura.
